•              Title of Artwork
•              Medium 
•              Dimensions or size range (WxH) of pieces 
•              Price and Insurance Value
•              Short Bio 
•              Short Artist Statement 
•              Images of your work saved with title as per instructions
•              Credit card for submission fee (if applicable)
